We live a full mind when we can pause, relax, reflect, and direct our energies and enthusiasm toward positive goals.

The Living the Full Mind workshop is a structured, value-clarification program that takes advantage of proven personal growth techniques. Participants experience positive self reflection, motivation, and self-discovery in a friendly and inspiring setting.

The workshop covers three main topics:

• Develop a Positive Goodwill

• Let Ideals Be Your Guide

• Live with a Graceful Spirit

Organized around effective decision-making strategies, participants learn to more systematically fix their attention on healthy, productive ideals that can bring a new, dynamic flow into their lives. Seven empowering activities within the program are suitable for individual as well as small group discussion. The presenter can coordinate in advance with the hosting group to develop creative outlets, including literature, art, music, drama, or dance, for participant involvement.

The workshop can easily be adjusted to fit the unique needs of the audience, facility, or sponsor. A three-hour workshop includes the complete Living the Full Mind workshop, with leader and group discussions. A one-hour introduction, oriented toward the classroom setting, is also available.
